Burek Recipe (Makes About 12 Rolls)
Dough:
- 500g flour
- 2-3 tbsp salt
- 350ml warm water
- 1-2 tbsp (sunflower) oil
Filling (Meat):
- 500g ground/minced meat (beef)
- 1 big onion
- salt
- pepper
Vegetarian Filling (sirnica)
- 200g cottage cheese
- 200g sour cream
- 200g lowfat card cheese or feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp salt
Additional ingredients:
- 350ml of water
- 2-3 tbsp salt or "Vegeta"
