Rice pudding (risalamalta) is a traditional Christmas dessert eaten by Jessica’s family! Jessica gets tips from her dad on how to make rice porridge (risgrynsgröt) and rice pudding (risalamalta), so you can try this to spice up your holiday meals.
Risgrynsgröt (Rice Porridge) Recipe:
- 2dl of porridge rice
- 4dl of water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8dl of milk
Risalamalta (Rice Pudding) Recipe:
- Rice porridge portion
- 3dl whipped cream*
- 2tbs vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl of sugar
- Add strawberry compot for serving
*Can be replace with vegan alternative
