Kisir Salad Ingredients:
- 250g Find Bulger
- 450ml hot water
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp of pepper paste (harissa)
- 2tbsp of pomegranate molasses
- 50ml of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- t tbsp of dried mint (or 10 fresh mint leaves)
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powber
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
